How do I book Bit and Bridle?

  • Contact us by filling out the contact form below!  This allows us to FIRST check to see if your desired date is available!

    • Keep in mind that dates may fill up quick between festivals, private events, etc.  So contact us quickly!​

  • We will then set up a time to discuss everything that you want and need!

  • Once you have decided on all of your details, you will sign the event agreement and pay the deposit!

    • If you would like to schedule a taste test of our baked items, we can do that too!​

  • We will be in touch with you a week before your event to tie up any last minute details, and reminders will ​be sent for set up time/time of arrival!

Are you licensed and insured!

Yes!  Although I am a small business owner, I am licensed in the State of Florida and carry Limited Liability Insurance for my company and the trailer!  If you have any additional questions, (or the venue does) please let me know and I will be happy to answer them!

What does Bit and Bridle Offer?

  • A beautiful, converted, white horse trailer with cedar wood accents!

  • Homemade (from scratch) Baked goods that include: (We will accomodate food allergies and low carb available too!)

    • Cookies

    • Cupcakes

    • Two-tiered layered cakes

    • Handpies

    • Muffins, and more!

  • Decorations for the horse trailer:​

    • Flowers​

    • Horse saddle/stand

    • Whiskey Barrel

    • Balloons

    • Galvanized Metal

    • Crates

    • Dessert trays/plates/displays

  • Drinks​

    • Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Milk (Nut milk available too!)​
